Due to its massive structure made of thick metal sheet, the stove quickly heats up to a high temperature and at the same time gives off heat to its surroundings, so anyone can warm up near the stove. The whole structure is very stable and robust. All elements were welded together in order to create incredibly solid product. Openable door with a mesh prevents the escape of sparks from the firebox and allows clear view of the flames. The oven placed in the upper chamber enables baking. Due to peephole installed in oven doors you can watch baking process, while built-in thermometer allows controlling the baking temperature. Oven interior is lined with chamotte bricks, suitable not only for bread or pizza baking, but also for variety of different dishes, like: fish, roast meat, pie or vegetables. Meals baked in the wood-burning oven absorb the smell of burning wood, which enriches their taste and aroma. It is natural and the healthiest way of preparing dishes. The wood stove is equipped with a chimney, which enables venting smoke from burning fire. It also has a rack which may contain huge amount of wood. In addition, the lower rack protects floor from high temperature when the stove is used. Inside the stove there were installed 3 levels for grates or grill pans, which simplifies cotroliing the temperature of prepared meals. Highly located flue gas chimney outlet protects users of this product from smoke. Additional advantage of the stove is removable ash pan, which eases cleaning the firebox from ash and firewood remnants. |
