Shipping within Germany
Shipping within Germany is generally free of charge.
International shipping
For deliveries abroad, shipping costs and shipping methods depend on the respective country group.

Parcel shipping (up to 30 kg per item)
Items weighing up to 30 kg are shipped by parcel service.
Freight forwarding (heavy / bulky items)
Heavy or bulky items are delivered by freight forwarding. Delivery is usually arranged by appointment.
Note: The applicable shipping method can be found via the item weight in the product description or in the cart/checkout. The shipping costs shown at checkout are binding.
Parcel shipping costs apply per item and are added accordingly in the cart.

Parcel shipping (up to 30 kg per item): 19,90 € per item
Freight forwarding: 139,00 € flat rate
Country group III
Greece, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom
Parcel shipping (up to 30 kg per item): 23,68 € per item
Freight forwarding: 139,00 € flat rate plus 0,60 € per kg total weight
Note on calculation for freight (country group III): The basis is the total weight of the goods shipped by freight forwarding.
Important notes (international)
Customs duties & import charges (non-EU countries)
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, import VAT or other fees may apply. These charges are levied by the responsible authorities and are to be paid by the recipient. This applies in particular to deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom.
Islands / special delivery areas
If delivery to islands or hard-to-reach regions causes additional costs, we will inform you in advance. If in doubt, please contact us.

The delivery time is shown on each product page. For freight deliveries, shipment is usually arranged by appointment.

Payment information
Overview of payment methods
You can pay by bank transfer in advance, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express via Stripe), PayPal, Amazon Pay, and SEPA direct debit. The available payment methods for your order are shown during checkout.
We reserve the right to offer only certain payment methods in individual cases or depending on the selected delivery method. Payment by sending cash or cheques is not possible.
Credit card (Stripe)
If you choose to pay by credit card, payment is processed securely via our payment service provider Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your card will be charged as shown during checkout.
Bank transfer in advance
If you choose payment in advance, please transfer the invoice amount within 7 days after receiving the order/payment information to the following account. For any questions, please contact us by email and/or phone.

SEPA direct debit
SEPA direct debit is only possible from accounts held with German banks. The debit is collected within one day after dispatch. The advance notice period (pre-notification) is shortened to one day. If banks charge fees, we reserve the right to pass these on to the customer, especially in the case of failed direct debits due to insufficient funds or incorrect bank details provided by the customer.
