Shipping Information

Deliveries are only possible to addresses in Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, France, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain.

Items up to 30 kg shipping weight are delivered by DHL Paket GmbH or DPD Deutschland GmbH. However, no delivery can be made to packing stations.

For items larger than 30 kg, delivery is made by the shipping company Schenker Deutschland AG or the Raben Group. The forwarding agent notifies the delivery by phone, email or SMS. Delivery by freight forwarder is free curbside.

Shipping within the European Union

For items weighing up to 30 kg, shipping to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria costs a flat rate of €9.90.

For items weighing up to 30 kg, shipping to Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, Monoca, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania costs a flat rate of €19.90.

For items weighing more than 30 kg, shipping with a freight forwarder to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria costs a flat rate of €89.00.

For items weighing more than 30 kg, shipping with a freight forwarder to Sweden, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Spain, Monoca, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal and Romania costs a basic price of € 177, 30 plus € 0.60 per kg / weight.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway, different shipping costs apply and customs duties may apply, which the buyer has to bear.

Payment Information

You can choose to pay in advance (bank transfer), direct debit / direct debit, amazon payments or PayPal.

We reserve the right to only accept certain types of payment in individual cases or depending on the delivery method selected by the customer. Payment by sending cash or checks is not possible.
